Flat Tummy 3-Day Challenge. Step 2

Water is a staple of life. Dehydration is one of the main reasons of weight gain. Even if you drink a lot of water but at the wrong times of the day, your body might still be dehydrated.

Adult humans are 60 percent water, and our blood is composed of 90 percent water. People who don’t drink enough water get constipated. You can recognize poor water-drinkers by their dull face color. The reason for that is: if a person doesn’t drink when thirsty, the body stops sending the thirst signal and recycles the toxic liquid from the rectum. Instead of being expelled toxins continue circulating inside the body.

Not enough water makes a person eat more. Again when a person ignores the body signal for thirst, then the body sends a signal for hunger, hoping to get some liquid with food.

Water delivers oxygen throughout the body.

Water boosts skin health and beauty.

When dehydrated, the skin can become more vulnerable to skin disorders and wrinkling.

Water lubricates the joints, arthritis is caused by poor lubrication of joints.

Poor digestion – another cause of weight gain. Tomorrow we’ll talk about food. I can teach you how to eat the food you like (steaks, hamburgers, even sweets) and still lose weight and keep it off.

The digestive system depends on water too. The bowel needs water to work properly. Dehydration not only can lead to constipation, but also to digestive problems and an overly acidic stomach. This increases the risk of bloating, heartburn, stomach ulcers. Water helps with weight loss when is consumed properly instead of ready-to-drink juices and sodas. Attention, if you can’t imagine your life without soda drink, choose club soda, add a slice of lemon for the taste.

Did you know that it’s crucial to drink water at certain times of the day, so water gets absorbed?
