It is proven that sugar in excess becomes toxic. Some experts advise to eliminate: alcohol, artificial sweeteners, soft drinks with sugar, sugar, high-sugar fruit, high-salt foods, excess gluten, beans, and dairy in order to get a flat tummy. That is way too many restrictions in my opinion.
Eating a diet high in refined carbohydrates and sugar causes bloating. Plus sugar causes people to eat more, despite the negative consequences such as weight gain, fatigue, and moodiness.
I believe in first things first, if you eat too much sugar, your taste buds can’t feel natural taste. So let’s start with eliminating excess sugar from your diet.
