Are you excited? I hope so because I’m so excited for you! You’ve just committed to joining my 3-Day Challenge so you can reduce the bloating, improve your body architecture, start losing excess weight and get a flat tummy.

IMPORTANT 3-Day Challenge Details:

The 3-Day Challenge officially kicks off today. In a couple of minutes, you’ll get an email with the first action task containing the Body-Mind Connection Meditation gift and a video with a description of a special laying down position that helps to elongate your spine, release the spinal fluid and heal your body architecture in order to flatten your tummy.

After that, you’ll receive a daily email from me with a link to the daily challenge video or worksheet every day until the challenge ends.

It’s important that you lookout for the daily emails so you can access the challenge content.

During the 3-Day Challenge, you can post your questions and ideas in the Hollywood Body Facebook page where I’ll be right there alongside you the entire time.

Next, go to your schedule and block off 5 minutes (10 minutes would be better) to watch the daily challenge video or read the daily challenge instructions. Give yourself time to take imperfect action on what I’ll be teaching you over the 3-Day Challenge.
