If you shop the sales, buy ingredients in bulk, and make sure you eat your leftovers – you’ll spend around $100-$125 a week on food (for breakfast, lunch and dinner!)

Each day varies in terms of time spent cooking. Most days you will spend less than 30 minutes in the kitchen. However, there is one day a week, where you will prep your 6 days in advance which will require a little bit more time for cooking and baking. It’s totally manageable! Plus I am giving you a guide “What to eat to lose weight at a restaurant, ordering a take-out or at home”, so that you will be able to have balanced meals when you don’t feel like cooking or prepping.

All of the recipes in this guide are easy to follow and take minimal time. The recipes are all balanced in taste as well as macro and micro nutrients for sustained healthy weight loss. If you are tired of following a specific diet – you’ll LOVE these recipes, I promise.
